IFFINA The International Furniture and Craft Fair Indonesia 2011

IFFINA 2011 is the largest furniture exhibition event in Indonesia.

IFFINA (International Furniture and Craft Fair Indonesia) is the international meeting point where companies will present the latest trends and their innovative and, creative design. They will show their beauties, and unique Indonesian furniture's intended for Global Market. It is the trade show that brings more than 10.000 buyers together with over 400 exhibitors from Indonesia and neighboring countries. In 2008, IFFINA was attended by most 240 entrepreneurs and producers who supported the exhibition with the theme “Green Furniture of Indonesia” was visited by 1.492 international visitors from 89 countries including more than 7.100 local visitors.

The theme in IFFINA 2009 was “The Gateway of Green Furniture and Rattan Lifestyle”. This year IFFINA was attended by 311 domestic companies, furniture producers & hand-craft companies from all over Indonesia including a few from abroad.

The successful trend of the last 2 years continued also last year. IFFINA 2010 had 326 exhibitors and have seen more than 2,600 buyers from 107 countries word wide with a transaction value more than 250 US Dollar.

IFFINA 2011 is one of the most prestigious international furniture exhibitions in the circle of ASEAN furniture exhibition activities. Countries that participated in this exhibition among other lines of Malaysia, Philippine, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, and Vietnam.

Compared with other furniture industries, Indonesian furniture and handicraft products are more natural, with high quality, various in style and characteristics. Indonesian furniture can be a ‘simple looking’ designs ranging to very delicate and unique wood-carvings and beautiful ornaments.

Exhibitors in previous year displayed all the quality and variation in Indonesian furniture. From reproduced antiques, upholstered furniture, and bed sets. All made by various types of wood, rattan and other materials.
