Increasing Indonesian Crude Price should be an alert
Until Mar13, the average realization of Indonesian Crude Price (ICP) reached US$111.11/barrel, higher than the ICP assumption used in 2013 government budget at US$100/barrel. Therefore, should the US$111.11/barrel figure linger until the end of this year, there will be an additional Rp39.6tn – Rp41.8tn of subsidy cost from the initial target of Rp193.8tn.
